Intellist ("we," "our," or "us") is an AI consulting business serving local businesses in the greater New Orleans area. This Privacy Policy explains what information intellist.co collects, how we use it, and your choices regarding your data.
This policy covers this website and our consulting engagements. It does not cover the Intellist iOS app, which is a separate product with its own privacy policy at intellist.app.
When you request a call, we ask for the following. Everything is required except your phone number and the list of tools you already use.
We ask for the last two because they are what make the first conversation useful. You can also reach us directly by email instead of using the form.
After you submit a request, we generate a short research brief about your business to prepare for our conversation. This uses your business name and website address together with publicly available information. The brief is stored alongside your request and is used only to prepare for and follow up on our discussion.
Our demos are built to run on sample data. Anything you type into a demo is sent to our AI provider for processing and returned to you. Demo input is not saved to our database — it exists only for the duration of the request. Even so, please do not enter confidential, sensitive, or personal information about real people into a demo.
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand which pages people visit and how quickly the site loads. This produces aggregate figures — page views, referrers, approximate location by country or region, device and browser type, and performance timings. We do not use it to build advertising profiles or to track you across other websites.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for advertising or send you marketing you did not ask for. Our newsletter is opt-in and separate (see Section 4).
Requests and our notes about them are stored in a Postgres database hosted by Supabase, within an internal CRM that only we can reach. Access requires authentication and is restricted to a single authorized account. All traffic to and from this site is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

This site sets no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Authentication cookies are used only in the private CRM area, which is for our own staff and is not accessible to visitors. Vercel's analytics does not require cookies to count a page view.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. It may be shared only in these limited circumstances:
We keep call requests and engagement records for as long as we have an active or prospective relationship with you, and afterwards only as long as needed for our business records or to meet legal obligations.
You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to the address in Section 11 and we will action it. Deleting your record means we lose the context of any prior conversation, so if you come back later we will be starting fresh.

This site is a business-to-business service and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it promptly.
